I dont know what Garth Crooks is on about. Both managers said that racism isnt acceptable and tolerable in a way.

The intention of scapegoating the referee has been pretty shameful for me.I was in the City end and never heard any chanting,don't know if it's been picked up on any tv microphones as I've not seen any footage but it certainly wasn't obvious.Only heard about it when the mrs picked me up from the airport
Would rather listen to the balanced views of wenger & Jose rather than Crooks,who's only ever come across as a plank and is stealing a living

Bit of a daft article from Mr Crooks! But it does bring to mind a question of Jose and how he is in a bit of a tricky situation if it is found that Racist chanting took place with Roman been one of the driving forces behind Russia getting the world cup.

Crooks is an idiot. Does he not realise that people would actually read what Wenger and Mourinho said rather than accept Crooks dramatised version. Reminds me of when the papers try and stir up trouble between managers by completely ignoring 99% of what's said in an interview and try and make some controversy when there is none.

Yeah depends what Crooks was asked and whether or not the BBC published the whole transcript of what Crooks said or just the bits that were criticising Mourinho and Wenger. That's the trouble. Unless you see the actual video and see what context is being used, its difficult to judge what was really said as the media will twist it.

and again same goes for what Wenger and Mourinho said. Crooks needs to watch their whole interview and see the context being used by Mourinho and Wenger.

Even the extract from Mourinho comes across as very articulate and sensible. I literally cannot see how someone could take it the wrong way.

Don't see a problem with Mourinho and Wenger's comments.

I haven seen any comments from him with regards to his former clubs anti semitic chanting week in week out.

I guess anti-semitism isn't that high on his list.
