I dont belive these Bony rumours. Spurs have yet to declare interest.

Its pretty obvious why Arsenal are a more attractive proposition, people just don't want to accept it.
If you look at trophies in the last 7 years we have been no better than them, we have 1 Cap 1 cup and they have 1 FA Cup. Istanbul was nearly a decade ago now, old news, and our last European final was 7 years ago, again, thats a very long time in football.
So, we are about level with them in the recent trophy stakes, and I would say about level with them in wage paying these days too now they have loosened the pursestrings a bit and we have tightened ours a bit, there is not much in it.
So after money and trophies, what are players going to look at? Two things, firstly regular CL football. Well Arsenal win that as we have only just got back in it and they are virtually guaranteed it every year up to now.
Second thing is where they will live, well however nice Liverpool might be and I am sure the true scousers amongst you love living there, it will never have London's appeal I'm afraid.
When we signed Torres who was probably the biggest name player we have signed in the last 20 years, we had just won the CL and FA Cup and lost in another CL final.
We are just not at that level at the moment, so attracting big name players from abroad is going to be very very difficult, especially ones leaving top clubs like Barcelona.
People just need to accept this and stop dreaming.
IF we manage to stay in the CL for a few years, do well in it (later stages), get the ground sorted, then I would say in 3 years time when we can offer a bigger stadium, bigger wages, regular CL football and challenging, then we will have a much greater chance of attracting perceived big names.
Until then we need to take the best players off of clubs who we are better than, and buying proven PL players like Lallana, Lovren and Bony as examples is not a bad way to go, coupled with potential talent from lesser leagues like Portugal, Holland and smaller German clubs.
Suarez gone, officially confirmed by the club. Have to say I'm disappointed, we'll continue to bring in more squad depth but his individual quality is irreplaceable.
Barcelona's front three is now Messi, Neymar and Suarez. Frightening.
Im actually gonna miss those double guns next season.

You're an idiot.
Hoody is not a happy person at the moment
Every genius that ever lived had a touch of madness and Suarez certainly was abundant on both. Going to miss his mad determination and winning mentality as I don't think that it can be replaced. But we're not a one man team, he's not bigger than Liverpool and we'll press on without him. Good luck Luis but this certainly isn't the end for us.
Does Messi have a touch of Madness?

He something wrong with his growth so took drugs to help that, nothing mad about it, don't really think tax evasions makes you mad either.

Not all faultless though. I get what you mean though and it is a bit of a cliche but I think it depends on where your genius comes from. Suarez was mentally genius with his attitude but also mad. What made him great is also his biggest downfall.

Rap you moock...everyone knows Iceland is not cold
He'll be shopping in Greenland
Torres: 102 Apps - 65 Goals
Suarez: 110 Apps - 69 Goals
Most people would say that Suarez is the third best player in the World, while Torres came third in the Balon D'or in 2008.
It sucks to see him leave but I think Sturridge is on course to beat Torres' 50 Goals record so we should manage right?
Its all about Sterling now
Sterling Balon D'or winner 2015.
It is all about sterling, you can see from his play in the last year how playing with suarez has affected his style.
We will get big things from that lad over the next couple of years
Well now it's confirmed.
Biggest challenge for Brendan so far. Replacing the irreplaceable...
