I think people are massively overreacting about us being rubbish last few weeks so I'm happy if we're going into this as underdogs. Hearing Slot say Isak is done with his pre-season effectively is good

It took a debatable penalty and two very last minute goals to beat us. Performances were obviously down (Palace first half was diabolical) but let's not overreact

Never liked him as a player

I appreciate its early season and the pressure is tiny compared to later in the year but there is a slight air of inevitability about Arsenal. Playing shiiite but go ahead anyway.

Their massive advantage over us is they are so hard to score against whereas we are exceptionally easy to score against. So when they go 1-0, 2-0 up it feels more like game over for us it feels like game on

Depends if they can actually start scoring goals outside of set pieces.

You'd think eventually they will have a run of games where their set pieces don't go in, simply by law of averages.

You could argue there was an inevitability with us scoring late. That stopped.

They are basically mourinhos chelsea, 1st time round. Its turgid to watch but effective and theyll win plenty more exactly like today.

Theyre so solid that they only need 1 or 2. They keep saka fit they will be difficult to stop this year.

They will have games when Plan A Stoke does not work
