Its a wonder Sizzle talks such shíte to be honest.

Completely ignoring the fact that much money Palestine recieves it decides to spend on tunnels so as to sneak into Israel for attacks and the rest on Rockets to attack Israel, rather than trying to stabilise its own country.

To be honest Gaza doesn't need money, there are probably no shortage of donors. What it needs is for the blockade to be lifted so that food, medical supplies and construction materials can freely be imported. Under international law, Israel has a duty as an occupying power to ensure the basic needs of the population are met. It is their responsibility to provide adequate water, sanitation, power etc to Gaza. All of which have been compromised (in some cases deliberately) by the recent bombing.

Agree that when this ends Israel should certainly assist with the rebuilding.

But for now, absolutely no point giving building materials to people who have shown they will not use it for what it is sent for, but use it for tunnels instead.

Those tunnels have only ever been used in military warfare against legitimate military targets. Whatever you may think of Hamas and their practice of firing rockets into civilian areas, I don't think you can begrudge them the right to be able to defend themselves against invading military powers. In the absence of an official Palestinian army, that is the best they can do. If they had tanks and aircraft like the IDF, I'm sure they too would operate above-ground.

Although understandably, I wouldn't expect anyone to fund the military infrastructure of the opposing side.

Above are all valid points, however Hamas have used the tunnels to smuggle guns in, also to enter Israel & kill Israeli citizens. They are not a legitimate nor legal entity.
If they stopped the acts of terrorism like the rockets then they might actually get some relief for Gaza.

However they will not stop, their ultimate aim is to wipe Israel off the face of the Earth, Israel is the only democratic country in the Middle East!

no it doesn't, but he never said it did.

Whereas you completely ignore Hamas involvement in those problems.

The aggressor in this conflict was Israel. Hamas did a poor job defending Gaza but in this conflict all they did was defend Gaza. They should have realised quickly that the technology that Israel have would mean the rocket firing was insignificant.

Let's see if this huge gamble they made on Palestine lives actually leads to anything during these so called ceasefire talks. However we all know Israel have no intention and the blockade will remain.

Blockades will remain until Hamas can be trusted.

And lets be honest, they can't be.

Palestines only hope is an uprising by the more intelligent among them and the world will step in to remove Hamas in a heartbeat.

-------------------------
My view is that Hamas have a legitimate right to self-defence. Their designation as a terrorist organisation is due to their targetting of civilians, historically through cross-border attacks and more recently through indiscriminate rocket attacks. But that doesn't mean that all their military activity is terrorist in nature. I believe they are entitled to invest in military infrastructure. The tunnels into Israel have never been used to attack civilians, only military. Having said that, I wouldn't seek to legitimise any un-provoked cross-border attacks on military either, that would be an act of war and deserving of a reaction. But if it were in retaliation to IDF aggression (as I believe the recent hostilities were), I think that would be fair game.

The thing is, they have actually stopped rocket fire in recent years, without any letting up of the blockade. There have been several lengthy ceasefires in recent years following the various conflicts, observed by both sides, none of which have resulted in easing of the blockade.

Where's the outrage and protests? Proper ethnic cleansing going on there. A woman speaking in Iraqi parliament spoke about execution of 500 people in cold blood.
