You should probably put the bit about caught offside in the title, pinch of salt stuff.

Come on Genius! Thought you were better than this!

1) it's completely made up nonsense
2) we don't need them
3) Hernandez is hugely overrated and hasn't done anything of note for a couple of years now
4) Fellaini was awful last year, truly awful.
5) We are overloaded with CMs. If we do get one, it will be Schneiderlin and two will need to move on.
6) See point one again!

Sorry

Even as MoPo's biggest fan I would demand his instant sacking if he wanted these clowns!!

I can't believe this as they are totally against his style of play.

Hernandez is a poor man's Soldado whilst Fellaini, well I don't think I need to explain how bad a signing he would be...

I know that they are not a reliable source, however that was not the point was it?

The question was how would Spurs fans feel about this if was true!

I too think Soldado is a better player than Hernandez & you can obviously see from my comments that I would not want Fellaini................................

I really dont want us to buy any more midfielders!

We have enough quality, we just need to get the best out of them.

Look at sigurdsson who I have always rated move to Swansea and plays in his preferred position and surprise surprise scores one and sets up the other.

I wouldnt be surprised if he goes on to score double figures this season.

The only signing I would like to see is a centre back.

But if you know it's not a reliable source and therefore isn't going to happen, why are we discussing our thoughts on it?! It's like saying 'how would you guys feel if we signed Ronaldo?'.

I don't mean to come across as rude, it's just so obviously not going to happen!

As 'Everywhere...' said, "Even as MoPo's biggest fan I would demand his instant sacking if he wanted these clowns!!"

The answer is...it's not true, there is nothing to be concerned by and no point discussing it.

The true question is...why do Spurs fans waste so much time discussing the possible outcomes of made up storylines?

Ignoring the caughtoffside part, isn't this site exactly about discussing & debating potential or non potential things happening?

I would suggest that a large % of things discussed on here never actually happen.

Not being rude, but if you don't wish to discuss it, then don't!

But of course you know you will, don't you?

Wouldn't it make more sense to discuss actual possibilities than the product of lazy journos?

Unless of course we want to end up like the goo.ner board, discussing when Higuain, Suarez and Rooney are going to arrive

"There is an old saying..."Don't shoot the messenger!"

The exception to that being football writers at the Fail.

We better stop being linked with CM's

I would be ok with that (because the answer to the "when" is never) .
But they go further and turn "when" into "will" .

So Verthongen, how true was this story you posted back in 2012 then?

You also filtered several others and made this comment...............................If you want to discuss, you're welcome to...if you just want to WUM, do it somewhere else

Giuseppe Rossi's agent has put a string of clubs, including Tottenham, on red alert after revealing that the striker plans to leave Villarreal.

Former Manchester United forward Rossi has excelled since leaving Old Trafford in 2007, establishing himself as a key part of the Italian national team set-up, and has scored 54 goals over the past three seasons, despite seeing his 2011/12 campaign ravaged by injury.

The 25-year-old suffered two separate anterior cruciate ligament injuries last term and is not expected to return to first-team action until February 2013.
Villarreal struggled in Rossi’s absence, and were relegated to the second tier of Spanish football. And Rossi’s representative Federico Pastorello has handed the Spanish club a blow by revealing that his client does not intend to play in the Segunda Division.

"I’m not worried because I’m conscious that interest in Rossi will start in the latter part of the window. He is calm and has his contract. Villarreal is in [league] B, but he will not play in B," Pastorello is quoted as saying in Gazzetta dello Sport.

Serie A giants AC Milan are thought to be considering an offer for Rossi, while Spurs boss Andre Villas-boas, who is on the look-out for a new forward, could revive his side’s interest in the Italian
