You seem to think in saying go back to empire when actually all I'm saying is that if a country has resources we need we should use our alliances and superior military might to go take those resources. No need to build an infrastructure, just occupy the oil fields, mines, gas pipes etc and let the locals throw rocks at whatever defences we throw up in protest. Once we've bled them dry leave. It would require an intelligent restructuring of and investment in the military - akin to what the UKIP are advocating - but the financial benefits would pay for it ten times over.

I've spoken to French many times and he is on the WUM about 95% of the time, I never take him serious. He's winding you up because of your feud with him.

Thanks to the likes of Charlie hebdo and the je suis movement, now everyone has the right to spout whatever hateful bile they like under 'freedom of speech' and we get this lot emerging from the cracks
