what abomination did Tarantino make?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
DeathProof.
Maybe I'm being a bit harsh with it but it just felt like a huge drop in standard compared to his other movies.
I actually liked Kurt Russell in that movie though so good to see him brought back for the Hateful Eight

Yeah it was good although the excessive violence and blood detracted from it I felt. It just felt OTT at times.
Good to see Kurt Russell back in a Western as well. Don't think he's been in one since Tombstone.
Looks like I am not the only one who thought Django was massively overrated.
I loved Django, but felt the Pain Barrier when QT turned up for his bad acting cameo.... But overall, I love me a good western!
"Tell em I'm coming, and I'm bring hell with me!!!"
Yeah!!!.....
... That's the wrong film isn't it.?!...
Sort of right Stringer, that was from Tombstone, starring Kurt Russell who will also be in Hateful Eight.
Apologies if that sounded a bit pretentious, was just trying to show the link from Tombstone to Tarantino/Hateful Eight
From what I understand of Hateful Eight it takes place in a small area. From the trailer looks like they're all snowed in somewhere, so I guess the movie will play on the claustrophobia of that setting.
All Good Superb...
All gone a bit quiet on Anton Fuqua's Magnificent 7 with Denzel Washington!!...
Can't wait...
Who would you have cast as your 7?
Stringer I don't know much about the Magnificent Seven. If Denzel is in it then you know it won't be crap at least, he pretty much always brings that guarantee.
Are you a big fan of the original movie ?
Fan of the original.. ?
funnily enough, no, not really... liked some of the cool actors in it... But i was underwhelmed by it. its no 'Once upon a time in the West' or The Good the Bad...
I think i prefer Burt Lancaster and Kirk Dogulas's Shootout at the OK Corrall...
you?
Stringer I actually get a lot of these old Westerns muddled up as I saw most of them when I was a kid.
I'm not even sure I've seen the original Magnificent Seven in truth.

It has a good soundtrack if nothing else.
Once did a load of NOS to the theme song, it was epic.
Oh, I'm talking about we brought a zoo. I doubt "Zoo" has a very good soundtrack.
Anyone going to the cinema this weekend ?
Tempted to go and see Man from Uncle.
Anyone else think that Henry Cavill looks very James Bond in this movie ?
I wonder what the Bond producers would think about casting an actor as Bond who is already in another huge movie franchise.
i have an urge got see Fan4stic...
