Could be good if they brought it back though but with a darker edge and new actors etc.
There's a lack of really good SciFi shows out there at the moment. X Files is on it's way back though, can't wait

i wanted to cry, its something when i go to see a 'Popcorn' movie. and suddenly realise i don't have a clue whats happening!!
I was thinking, of this was the way they were gonna go, with an alternate timeline, then why not bring back Michael Biehn and Linda Hamilton..
i have an urge to pencil a version.
I'm sure this has been thought of already, but they could easily do a Terminator / Robocop cross-over...

talking of the legend Michael Biehn, rumour has it, Ridley scott has told FOX to hold off production of Alien 5, until he starts shooting Prometheus 2. (wha?!)
that starts production in Jan 2016.
(can't wait to see the further adventures of the most unqualified unit since Police academy.... oh that's right so dumb they were, most died, before the sequel)
Neil Blomkamps Alien 5 with Sigourney Weaver and Michael Biehn is due for release in 2018.

Stringer not sure if I'm looking forward to Prometheus 2 or Alien 5 at this point.
Not sure where they go with a Prometheus sequel and as for Alien 5 it looks like they're just going for a direct sequel to Aliens, ie Ripley, Hicks and Newt all wake up from stasis 30 years later.

That seems to be the theory... god knows how he writes that up, without the now infamous 'Temporal time shift', allowing for a alternate timeline.
