Rangers weren't voted out of the SPL though. They were refused admittance to the SPL, and thus had to apply for admittance to the SFL, which was accepted.

HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) has won a ruling that Rangers' use of Employee Benefit Trusts (EBTs) was illegal.

Old club titles stripped please.

I believe when Rangers were admitted into the 3rd Division a document was signed stating there would be no removal of Titles and this was agreed by all clubs in the SPL at the time.....and this was when everyone judge us guilty before trial (which will have another few rounds on it) so please explain why the change of heart?

I thought I knew what 'bulletproof' meant.

In reality this was the only possible verdict. It really makes you wonder how the earlier cases were judged in Rangers favour.

The motion put in front of the SPL board was an application by Newco Rangers to inherit the place that had previously been held by Oldco Rangers.

It is the exact same application that every promoted club had to put in to the SPL every season.

The SPL voted against giving the place to Newco Rangers. There was never a vote regarding "relegating" or "throwing out" Rangers.

HM Revenue and Customs have won their appeal against the Rangers Tax Case verdict, with the Court of Session ruling offshore payments to players should be subject to income tax.

Hopefully now that ridiculous ruling about no onfield advantage is overturned and justice prevails.

Aye I'm raging. It's beastly crimbo, I've just finished work which is going great and the news has broken that a ruling has been overturned with regards to a skint company that used to control the team I support which means that HMRC will likely recoup any monies leftover from it should there be no more appeals, before any other creditors.

Yup in foaming. This obviously has a massive effect on me.
