We already have controlled immigration from outside the EU in the UK. Why do you think the refugees try to come over in boats or the back of lorries? UKIP concerns itself with border control within Europe (i.e. EU nationals), claiming that our infrastructure and economy is worse off for it. In fact, Farage has even said in TV debates that he thinks the country should take on more Syrian refugees than the government has committed to.

The fact that you think UKIP will somehow reduce events like we saw in France yesterday, shows complete ignorance and narrow mindedness in the political arena. What it is more likely to do, is create more of an 'us versus them' amongst what are deemed as 'non-British' communities within this country.

Controlling our borders will only stop people who want to come in legitimately. If people want to cause harm they will still get in. And most people who carry out these attacks are home grown terrorists, so how's closing borders going to stop them?
