Don't think I have seen any of the prequels from start to finish. The end of Episode 3 is a must watch, but the rest left me uninspired. Might give them a go one day.

I watched Ep1 & 2 last night.
Both have some really great scenes in them.

1 and 2 have some iconic moments but as a whole, they aren't great watches. Episode 3 is enjoyable and is probably the best movie behind the originals for me.

I feel like this is the same as the sequels trilogy, except with the prequels there's dull trade talks & bad romance that puts you off, but at least it's building towards something. In the sequels its just nonsense that never pays off, nothing that happens is really of any consequence because each director tore the others work apart. It's why I never feel the urge to rewatch them.

Yeah, series are the way forward. The issue could be having too many on at the same time, confusing time lines, one series not matching up to another etc.
My favourite moments of Episode 2:
Bounty Hunter chase, Anakin finding his mother, Obi Wan vs Jango Fett (Space and on Kamino), Everything from the point that Obi Wan,Anakin,Padme get captured.

Keep Filoni involved and it’ll be fine. 132 episodes of CW, another 30 or 40 of Rebels, Madalorian. No conflicts just really skillful universe building

Phenomenal.
Am at a loss for words.
That 4 story arc is better than most every other Star Wars put to screen.
Animation, acting, dialogue, music, action, tension, emotion, story telling.... that’s how you do Star Wars.

3/4 of the way through season 2 and the introduction of mandalore and death watch take the show to a different level.
