You'd think after getting shot at last year they'd be more open to respect

Actually, like the peoples whose families are bombed in Syria, they're more likely to hate on the attackers even more.

Revenge is in humans DNA.

They are satirical. Try and search for the context before slating (or murdering) them

It's done for shock value as that is what sells. The shootings last year have given them a degree of free licence that they seem to want to exploit.

Nobody in their right mind could ever condone the killings, but at the very least it should have taught the authorities that there have to be lines drawn as to what is acceptable and what is offensive.

The 'Charlie Hebdo' corporation are Western Extremists using Propaganda as their weapon to exacerbate tensions and are probably a huge reason why Paris was attacked

It's a dumb comic that is pretty tasteless and not particularly funny...

It is also a dumb comic that is pretty tasteless and not particularly funny... But not something anyone should be killing or dying over.

The only thing it really highlights, for me, is all those people giving it the social outrage with their "Je Suis Charlie" probably had very little idea what they were backing.

Wtf? Satire should never have anything to do with the authorities

Why should the "authorities" decide that?

Look at the faux outrage about Ricky Gervais, this week... What is some nutjob transgenger shot Gervais... Would that then justify banning that type of humour?

It was more the concept of free expression

If it incites violence or hatred, then it's no longer just satire.

Sorry, but there is no reason Paris was attacking other than vile humans wanting to cause misery and panic for millions of people.

It's disgusting what they did and no amount of taunting is reason for it.

That's kind of my point.... They were backing something that they would probably get outraged about, in any other situation.

I'm so tired of all the social outrage/sympathy/mourning.

They are backing freedom of speech and the freedom for people to believe in what they wish.

I don't believe in Allah but I don't abuse people of praying to him. I'm not homosexual but I don't abuse homosexuals. The list goes on.

live and let live. The world would be a brilliant place.
