and I do believe it's a gamble worth taking, as already stated, provided that the board understand it's a gamble and have a plan to ensures the club's safety even in the worst possible scenario of this experiment not turning out well. (a mid-season kneejerk reaction is unlikely to solve anything as changing systems again mid-season could just lead to another period of confusion)
