Yes, hence me asking other people interpreted it.
Can you post the questions he was asked, and his comments/answers?

I can't Michael. You could probably find thrm online somewhere though.
I'm sure others onnhete will have transcript later.
Mourinho told a news conference: "The credit of Lukaku, [Victor] Lindelof to be here on time, the credit is not mine, it is Ed Woodward and I thank him for that fantastic work to bring us two very important players for us.
"But we need a bit more and when you see the other teams in the Premier League, the way they get players and good players and you see the champion buy three fantastic experienced players, City go to the market, Liverpool and West Ham gets Joe Hart, Chicharito and Arnautovic.
"West Ham wow, they play to win the Premier League, too so the teams are fantastic in the market and I'm waiting for a bit more."
He said
'West Ham have bought some good players, they might win the league. Ed please hurry up and do the deals I've asked you too'
I'm not 100% clear on this, but he might be asking ed to try and tie up deals. Could be a double edged comment though. Good old mystical Jose.

So it does look like he is turning up the heat on Ed then
West ham are making some great signings, that's for sure... All 3 will have a big impact
He's such a nob. This is how he causes trouble at clubs.

Not sure who their rb was last year, maybe Antonio although he's better on right midfield, but they've signed Zabaleta too which is another good move.
Have West Ham made some great signings?
Hart is ok but very mistake prone. Don't rate him much higher than Adrian
Zabaleta is well past his best and showed it last season
Arnautovic can be very good but also very lazy
Hernandez I like and would have him back at United but only as an impact sub. I think as a starter in the premier league he will be ok but nothing more.
I still think we will make a couple more signings. Loads of time left
Has been putting pressure on Ed since he told the media he has given him his list and ants 4 players tbh.
I think there may be tension there.
Signing lots of players didn’t work for West Ham last season, so I can see why they are trying to fix that by signing lots of players. If they are still rubbish after signing lots of players then they can always sign lots of players next season. They’re rubbish. They need to sign players
Jose is probably already lining up his excuses if he fails this season. He is like that, he will blame someone else to take the pressure off himself. If he doesn't get his transfers in you can guarantee he will bring it up if we are going through a bad spell throughout the season
Remember when QPR signed lots of big name players and got relegated. I cannot understand why they got relegated, when they signed so many players. They pretty much turned around their whole team that season, which surely should have won them the league? Maybe the other 19 teams just made more signings than them.

Yup, he's that sort of guy. Like last season, excuse after excuse. Moaning about Fixtures every single week.

Thou shalt not criticise the special one. Didn't you know?
Arnatovic is poor and Hernandez may do well but he was below par for Leverkusen last season. Don't see them pulling any trees up.
"Arnatovic is poor"
Inconsistent, yes, but on his day he's proven to be a very good player.
Chicharito is gonna score isn't he on opening day

His day is 1 in 12.
That does not make a good player on the whole, it makes a sub par one.
