Admins can you recommend which sites we should go on instead of this one? We could close our accounts here and migrate over to those sites? Please multiboard.
I went into not606 but it was a bit of a damb squib. Was unaware of this site's existence until a couple of years ago when I found it by chance looking for an old 606 article.

I looked at another post-BBC site, I think it was not606, but it was awful. Full of infantile, potty mouthed toss pots. Not like here at all
Absolutely same thing as you OP. I was on the old bbeeb ja, and then multiple versions up popped when the Beeb in their wisdom decided to shelve the old ja. I joined this as it looked the most like the old one.

Not that JA doesn't look massively dated, but it at least appears user friendly.

Went to SportWitness, 606V2 and Not606, came here initially and did not contribute much as there was too much wumming going on.
This is the best of them
I went to SportsWitness for a while but it dried up pretty quickly. The thing with most of the other forums is that they all look the same and are based pretty much on the same platform... JA has the unique classic 606 feel

BBC 606 was great, this is as close as you can get to it. Used to have some great arguments with the Blackburn fans when Bentley moves to us. There was a Villa fan on there who would just constantly post about why Villa were a bigger club than Spurs, I think he was called eyes

No seriously... this site is kind of fun. its fairly slow though in terms of content bar for some strange reason spurs banter.
there's the filters and the bad language tut tutting thing..
I won't comment much on sports witness, theres an agenda there to make money not be a fans site.
I have to put my hands up and admit i moderate the Liverpool board on not606. Theres a big drop off in contributors across that site but theres a good set of newcastle, spurs, and Liverpool lads and a few everton as well. The spurs board would be loved by the spurs fans here cos they are up themselves and ban people ofr even commenting. frankly no606 was a mess originally cos it was the wild west. the owner indulges a lot of people in what he tagged on as "general chat" and such
I will admit they all delight in outdoing the hound on not606.

Reddit was great for streams until it got banned a couple of months ago, I now use Footybite which although not as good as the old subreddit is apparently run by the same people.
