It's a shame this place isn't really advertised much as I reckon it could take off like the old 606 did. If everyone else on here is like me they dont go around telling anyone about it either.
As is is someone will probably stumble across this weird virtual ghost town in about 30 years.

I send links to some good articles to some of my friends and they like it but don't join unfortunately. Having said that I do quite enjoy it being quite a small community. I talk with people on here more than I do with some friends and I would miss it if it went to be honest. There's a lot of women in my office so good to be able to talk football during the day.

I was furiously trying to reply to this straight away! But then waited 3 minutes for effect, or affect. Something I'm still to grasp.
The format of JA606 is great and clean/clear as was the old 606 although this is slightly better in that sense.
Had a look at the others after 606 closed but they seemed pretty awful. It's probably a bad thing this site works so well, it's way too addictive

I looked at another post-BBC site, I think it was not606, but it was awful. Full of infantile, potty mouthed toss pots. Not like here at all

I remember about 5-10 replacements came up. Its a shame they all didnt just join forces to have one big forum but I guess some wanted to have a new design and others wanted the classic.
It eventually came down to two sites.
Not606 (New Design) vs JA606 (Classic Design)
I hate the Not606 design. Hard to read each comment and keep track of everything.
This may be dated but its easy to read and simple to use.
I may have annoyed the admins in the past with my wums but they have done a great job. I have used this site far more than the old bbc 606.
