What about youth facilities ?
Apparently a lot of the stabbings are down to youths being bored / having no opportunities
Kids are turning up to school absolutely hungry because their parents/guardians are living in poverty. Schools are closing early because schools can’t afford to pay teachers property. It’s a systematic issue that’s escalated so much the last 10 years.
Fifth biggest economy in the world though.
