People act like Sancho is ten a penny around Europe. There’s a reason the fee is going to be ludicrous and it’s because there are so few players that have his upside as a transfer.

Think Sancho will end up at Everton tbh...

Yep; I've been trying to tell people for months that if Sancho moves this summer it’s going to be an absolutely astronomical fee.

Paying that kind of money would be fine if it was the final piece of the jigsaw. But we need quite a few players this summer. Will we have enough funds? And we all know how long it takes the club to get big signings done. With the Euros, it could be a disaster.

But the issue is the position we are looking to fill. We’ve not had a top right winger since Ronaldo left. When a player like this becomes available, even for a huge fee, you have to act really. It would solve a lot of our issues. Which is why it won’t happen.
