I’m in agreement with the post. It needs investigating imo
It’s going to rumble on anyway ginger. Rangers have went all in on this with their initial statements, and their fans (some of them anyway) back this completely. It’s irrelevant one way or another what answer is given, they won’t believe it.
There are people who are going to keep throwing enough scheidt in the hope that they’ll get enough to stick. Rangers wanted loans-SPFL day they won’t do that because they got stung doing a loan before.
They have given advances-but that doesn’t look like advances on the final payment, which rules I’m sure say can’t be given out until final placings are decided.
There’s a bit of a subplot to this-Mark Dingwall had this story on twitter and follow follow only 20 minutes before Tom English did on the bbc. How did that happen? English didn’t steal the story from Dingwall as he had part of the reply from the SPFL in it (but crucially, he missed out the part about another club having to defer their payment to allow the SPFL to make the payment). Something’s not sitting right with that.

It’s going to rumble on anyway ginger. Rangers have went all in on this with their initial statements, and their fans (some of them anyway) back this completely. It’s irrelevant one way or another what answer is given, they won’t believe it.
There are people who are going to keep throwing enough scheidt in the hope that they’ll get enough to stick. Rangers wanted loans-SPFL day they won’t do that because they got stung doing a loan before.
They have given advances-but that doesn’t look like advances on the final payment, which rules I’m sure say can’t be given out until final placings are decided.

I think you’d have to prove that first and take into consideration all the circumstances and time frames.
Because let’s be brutally honest here. Rangers only solution was to just give everybody as much money as possible and have the league voided.
No thought process behind it. Zero understanding of loan arrangements or the separate legal entities involved. Just a childish and crude methodology all designed to try and stop the awarding of titles.
Now go and dress that up any way it suits and less of this absolute garbage that Rangers are either being hard done by and nor are they the unasked for representative for all the smaller clubs.

I think to lay that accusation at the door of Doncaster and McLennan’s right now is unfair. I’ve said I think it could have been handled better, but that doesn’t mean incompetence. Clubs being openly divisive, others colluding, not submitting their vote when asked (not Dundee btw), plus the unusual circumstances that we’re in-I’ll cut them some slack before I deem them to be incompetent.

If I was being objective I’d say it’s the CEO who should go as it’s his mess, and chairman too for not recognising their failings. He should be the one who on the face of all this should be bringing the board to task, and unless I’ve missed anything he’s not.

The only countries to have called their leagues so far are Belgium, Holland and France.
Belgium stated they were ending the league as is, and were forced to delay that. Holland have called it, and there are several teams all getting ready to take the Dutch federation to court over the decision. France look like they will have a couple of issues with teams feeling hard done to, but they apparently have a specific rule covering the need to end a league early-the only league in Europe to have that rule.
I can’t imagine there not being difficulties in almost every country with whatever decision is made.
Not a single league won’t have difficulties and depending upon their own rules many clubs will be taking them to task as being unfair or “corrupt”.
How could anyone plan for this?

Renegade-I’ve no idea if they’re incompetent as yet.
I think to lay that accusation at the door of Doncaster and McLennan’s right now is unfair. I’ve said I think it could have been handled better, but that doesn’t mean incompetence. Clubs being openly divisive, others colluding, not submitting their vote when asked (not Dundee btw), plus the unusual circumstances that we’re in-I’ll cut them some slack before I deem them to be incompetent.

If they found nothing, then it’ll still stink for a lot of the rangers fans. The only thing they believe is that there is a level of corruption that the world has never seen, and they’ll go to any length to discredit the integrity of the investigation and the investigators.

If I was being objective I’d say it’s the CEO who should go as it’s his mess, and chairman too for not recognising their failings. He should be the one who on the face of all this should be bringing the board to task, and unless I’ve missed anything he’s not.
But I’m being a fan, so bin them all

The only countries to have called their leagues so far are Belgium, Holland and France.
Belgium stated they were ending the league as is, and were forced to delay that. Holland have called it, and there are several teams all getting ready to take the Dutch federation to court over the decision. France look like they will have a couple of issues with teams feeling hard done to, but they apparently have a specific rule covering the need to end a league early-the only league in Europe to have that rule.
I can’t imagine there not being difficulties in almost every country with whatever decision is made.

Not a single league won’t have difficulties and depending upon their own rules many clubs will be taking them to task as being unfair or “corrupt”.
How could anyone plan for this?
