A&B Council want to charge the NHS so much it's made it too expensive so there's no main vaccination centre for Argyll.

And also don't you mean it's owned by a charitable trust and run by the council?

The council run all the events and take care of staffing it. All of the staff wear council t-shirts. I've never seen any evidence of any trust.

I’m far from convinced that vaccines will eradicate this virus, far less any new strains or variants it mutates into. In fact I’ll go as far to say as they won’t.

To some degree we will have to live with this and as a result there will be no end to it.

Experts say it would take around 4 weeks to modify the vaccine to cover mutations this doesn't cover.

But to some degree you are correct albeit life will be back to normal by late Summer early Autumn in this country.

The vaccine envy has only just started!

There been 100k vaccines given she said today.

In theory, there's only about 40k >90s.

MIL is still to get an invite. Don't get me wrong she's relatively health, still drives but still there's lots of competing priority cases so it's tough.

Older - more chance of dying
Younger - more life in front of you

There will be perceived injustices.
