If India come out and struggle which is quite likely then fair play It's a no test pitch... The come out and notleys runs off inside 45 minutes, then the standard of England batting needs to be looked at

Abysmal. Bairstow needs to do the honourable thing and walk away from Test Cricket. Waste of time playing Broad, Anderson and Archer in the same side. Could have done with another speciaist batsman

Doesn't work like that. 49 is a nothing total. They will just come out trying to knock it of as quick as possible.
Even if they don't lose a wicket, it's not a true reflection of how bad this wicket is

I refuse to believe it's just poor batting.
The fact that Root gets 5-8 and literally all the batsmen are relying on luck to stay in you know it’s a crrrrp pitch. Home team has every right to give themselves advantage but this is shocking
