Rose is a no, but I would be fine if we signed Gazzanigga on a free transfer to replace Kiko.

Not sure if it's reliable, but we may have contacted Pereira's agent. Would love it if we land him.
Nandez been a player we have been linked with for the last three or four transfer windows. He does seem like quite a Bielsa player on the face of it.

He seems a versatile type. Played CM, DM, RM, RW, LM, LW and RB this season. Not necessarily shone in all of those, mind. WhoScored has him down as having played no more than 10 games in any one position.
Kern is right, in that he is a runner. Not got stellar attacking stats, but works hard. Imagine he would be signed as an 8, as his attacking output doesn't really compare to the other players we have been linked to at RW.
I imagine he will play as the more defensive 8 and replace Dallas if signed.
Looks like he will be a much more aggressive presser than Dallas.
Wont be as creative as Klich though. But probably a better ball carrier.

But he looks more like a box to box midfielder that will look to win us the ball
Back quicker, progress the ball at his feet on the counter. And be more press resistant in build up in that he looks happy to receive the ball under pressure.
All good things but the minimum we want and just doesn’t look a huge improvement on Klich.

There is no doubt that some of our our Under-23’s are ready to step up. Greenwood at Manchester United, Sahko at Arsenal....both have not only been given the chance but they have shown they are capable of competing at the highest level when integrated with the 1st XI.
I certainly don’t have a problem of Bielsa let’s them showcase their talent early on in the season.

The other issue here is they have only had chance to demonstrate their quality against 2nd division teams, next season they will be playing against a much better level of opposition.
You can bet your life that Man City U23's will be a class above and still will get nowhere near making it as pros. If it was a simple case of you do well as an U23 and automatically progress, then Blackburn would be doing much better than they are.
That said I do think we have a few extraordinary prospects, Gelhardt, Greenwood, Dremah, Huggins and Summerville all excite me.
Gelhardt hasn't been making the match day squad because he has been injured but I am certain will be a very smart acquisition.

What can we assume is an expensive player in Leeds' and Orta's view right now? Over £30m? £20m??
Difficult to say, because transfer fees are rarely as simple as that nowadays. A transfer for 30 million might be paid over six years, whilst a transfer of 20 million might be paid over two.
