I can't agree, how do I know they've done everything to back the manager?

Maybe he asked for a midfielder too and could've even made that the most important transfer?

It's been a good window, I'm happy so far.

2 good signings, but still need to see what happens with Pogba and other ins/outs before we can declare this as some glorious summer for the Glazers.

After 3 seasons of rebuilding and rebooting im sure ole is well aware of the expectations for the new season

Didn't your sarcastic article not long ago claim 'Ole has done a great job building a team capable of a title challenge, apart from GK, CB, RB, DM, CM and CF'.

Seeing as we've only signed a RW and a CB this window, has your opinion on our squad being capable of challenging for the title now changed?

Maybe he means that as we've got the fourth best squad in the league, it's up to the players and manager to deliver fourth.

i dont think weve had a top class cm signing since Hargreaves... and even then it was only for a season

Tbf we won a title with Cleverley in midfield and Anderson jumping in when he wasn’t snorting powdered cheeseburgers.

I do actually think a combination of McT/Fred/Beeky/Pogba/Matic/Bruno depending on the game IS good enough to gain enough points against the majority of teams in this league to mount a title challenge. Providing the goals flow between the group of forwards we have, and the defence holds out better at set pieces.

I don't think we'll be able to dominate any of the big games though still so will still be appearing to set up 'negatively' rather than taking the game to them. It will also stop us going deep in the CL too imo.

The Glazers are a cancer on the club and I hope they wake up tomorrow and decide to sell the club to anyone but them but tbf whether it’s them or a smarter person working under them, they have delivered the past couple of seasons so while RDD is wrong to brownnose them as much as he does, the players the fans want are coming in so something is going right.

Excuse me, but iv done nothing you aren't doing now by acknowledging when the club has backed the manager.

So no trophies would be failure (comment on another article), he needs 6 new players to win a title in your opinion (article you recently made), but now he's got 2 new players he must repay the owners (todays article), but you don't mean repaying them by winning a title because you didn't mention it in the OP?

Aye, big season for the club and for Ole. You don’t buy Sancho and Varane too finish 3rd and get to an FA Cup semi-final. We have to at least challenge for the title and go deep into the CL for it be a decent season, anything else would be very disappointing, imo.
