Rangers doing great business and are obviously the strongest team in the SPFL now, they can only throw away the League Title this season.

He has all the attributes of a modern footballer and then some. His fitness/stamina is unbelievable.
The transformation in value from the start of the season is astonishing but fair play to Gio and his team and to Bassey himself.
He put in top performances against some very good teams in big pressurised games. For a 22 year old to do what he did last season speaks to his huge potential.
No one would have guessed he would go for that much even around Christmas time. So it is pretty astonishing.
Hope he does well. He has all the attributes.

Excluding Patterson who came through the system wr purchased 2 players for around £500,000 and sold them on for around £30,000,000.
We also dealing with top teams from Germany and the Netherlands.

I think we need to be prepared to see very little of Hagi this season. If he's not sure back until January then he'll be way off match fitness and out of rhythm with the team. Too much of a gamble to give him a clear run of games at that point so likely to be used as a rotation option through the last months of the season before returning to the first team for 2023/24. Only thing that might change that outlook is if his return coincides with the world cup, giving him a chance to get friendlies in with the rest of the first team squad.

Don’t get the motivation either… surely if the board exaggerated sales they would only put more pressure on themselves to spend.

And that gives them some sort of perverted warm fuzzy feeling.
I couldn’t care less sbout the details in the accounts. Between commercial income, player sales and Europa cash we have way clearly exceeded our targets/projections for the year.
That alone would pretty much satisfy any passing interest I may or may not have in the clubs finances.
