Predictions for today

We might get battered, but as long as we show some of the form we've shown in our recent games I'll be happy

I think it’ll be a comfortable 2-0 or 3-0 for City, sadly.

Man City 1-2 Man Utd I reckon.

Also Hamilton to win the race.

Weird day.

Probably the only game of the season where a negative result won't particularly bother me.

For a start I'm not a MCFC hater - half my family are fans.

Secondly, they are streets ahead of the rest of the league and should win this game, and the league, at a canter.

Thirdly, cannot abide the fans of the dirty, cheats from the Holloway club, nor those from the second most successful league team in lancashire. So reducing their optimism about league success would be a pill I'm prepared to swallow.

As for what today's performance is going to be like, that is largely dependent on line up. And as crap like dalot, mctominay and gashford are out there I'm not holding out too much hope.

De Gea is a terrible goalkeeper. Given up on the title now. Honestly think anytime the opposition shoot or about to shoot De Gea just stands there hoping it hits him and doesn’t move at all. I hope he leaves end of this season. All 3 goals he did nothing when all 3 stoppable. Liverpool goalkeeper actually tries to save shots near him and does, De Gea just watches.

Noticed for 4 years now he does this all the time. Any cross he won’t go for and any shot inside the box he won’t move so he only saves it if they shoot straight at him. Even if someone pokes it from 6 yards out either side of De Gea he won’t move.

Most top goalkeepers react and make themselves big to save shots, De Gea just watches shots go in.

Bet you didn't predict 4-0 at half time

Haha! Brutal this. City and Leeds win will make my holiday.

Don’t care about Hamilton at all.

Well De Gea usually conceded 4 by half time these days. It was funny pundits saying last season if it wasn’t for De Gea we would have finished worse than 6th last season when under Rangnick De Gea was ranked the worst goalkeeper in the league in away games after January.

How can a team go unbeaten away from home and then keep conceding 4 goals regularly away from home. Main reason is Henderson was replaced by De Gea. 4 to Leicester, 4 to Watford, 4 to Liverpool and 4 to Brighton and 4 to Brentford and 4 to Man City today already and the thing was if De Gea had Henderson save percentage for Man Utd he would have conceded like 10 goals less.

I reckon 4-0 at HT..

City never make it easy for teams when in possesion but my word you've made it easy for them your just terrible with the ball, how does the likes of Mctominay still get a game.

De Gea has like a 20-30% save percentage in like 80% of games in 2022 away games. What annoys me is Henderson had like 75% save percentage or so in away games over like a whole season. That is why our away record is terrible. If Pep had De Gea in goal his sides would concede like 20 goals more away from home.

4-1

Well this feed crashed horribly

They had 10 shots on target to Man Utd 9 and most of the Man City goals were easy to save.
