It’s just added to the NFL, Boxing and Rugby pile of cash that Dan Levy does his Scrooge Mc Duck dive into at the end of every day.

Yaaaaaay, more money for the tight fisssted (can’t believe that’s a banned word but todger is not) owners, let’s celebrate

Yeah in total I’d imagine each concert with this calibre of entertainment would be in a total at the venue of close to 6m in ticket sales. Whilst spurs will get a small percentage of that, the main money will come from hospitality sales on the day.

We probably make about £2m for each event.

Yeah I’d say that figure isn’t far off the mark. If everyone in attendance at these types of events spends £30 that would be roughly 1.8m then a slice of the ticket sales. Whilst there will always be some events raising more and some less.

Obviously it’s is in the clubs interest to host as many events as possible.

If the stage is at one end of the playing area, then there could be around 75-80,000 on the night. Not sure the price of the tickets but they are not going to be cheap. Add that to the hospitality suites on offer it should be a lucrative two evenings for the club. I would hazard a guess at around £6m in revenue at least.

£100 x 75,000 = £7.5 mill.

So you think beyonce, the organisers, support acts, staff etc will only be £1.5 mill?

gigging is where artists make their real money the venue gets a small cut.

aside from making money, I have always been struck that clubs have these massive stadia and they get used once a fortnight. Always seems like such a waste, we pay about £5m a year in business rates so we may as well use the thing as often as possible.

It really is quite a coup to get Beyonce, traditionally it would have been Wembley, which is bigger, but TTHS is obviously a much more state of the art place and the acoustics and sound system is world class.

We had Harry Styles ate ours early this year... during the gig a fan fell from one of the above tiers and was captured on camera

My estimate of 75,000 was only in reference to hospitality and catering revenue. At least 75% of the ticket sales go to the artiste who is performing on the night.

Spot on Devonshire.

If the club can pull off 20 events a year it will be massive income when the individual event takings are pulled together.

You also can’t underestimate the brand awareness Tottenham get from such events. Especially for young people that aren’t currently invested in football.

Whodunit on incidents at events, that’s what liability insurance is for

This aint the Dog and Duck where the reward for the venue is in a few additional beer sales.

Each gig will gross £5-7m, that's £20-28m over a 4 gig schedule and her world tour has 49 dates on it so far.

You have no better idea than we do but a "small cut" from a gross revenue of say £24m will still be millions of pounds to the club plus all the commercial stuff. Even if the artists takes £1m a gig that's £50m for her years work and a lot of money left in the pot for everything else.

I'd guestimate that Spurs could easily realise £10m from these while other clubs stadiums are earning nothing over the summer.

Yeah my background is a guess like everyone else. I do work with numbers though. And I also thought 8-10m from these four events.

It will be interesting to see our Commercial revenue when our figures are released. Last season was the first really when we had some regular events since Covid, NFL x 2, Boxing etc.

This year it has ramped up even more with Guns & Roses, Lady Gaga, Rugby, NFL, and a World Heavy Weight title fight, Beyonce x 4.
