2a&2b. Kane & Shearer
3. Rooney
4. Haaland

Andy Cole I find a tough one to rate

My memory of Shearer though is that he was quite effective as a player right up til he retired

The best thing Henry did for his reputation was taper off at Barca and not in the PL. He was even able to come back briefly with lower expectations

Rooney is the main example i think of how falling off hard in the PL damages how you are viewed after

Think Haaland is just so prolific its tough to leave him off, even if I think he has the worst all-round game out of everyone.

Aguero may be my fav non Chels player actually

He's the exact type of striker i want to watch every week

To make the argument for Drogba (which i would want to) id need to include continental and cup feats. He wasnt very consistent as a league striker, but he had two golden boots

Reflective of how football has become, I'd have the best strikers and attackers of all time closer to recent - yet CB's and keepers from a bit further back.

I have too much of a soft spot for Benzema in that argument
