Exactly. Just beat a team easily as good as the likes of arsenal and Liverpool.
Zero faith in us spending £100m on players that are better or amount to equal/better than Bruno.
You could take any 2 of our last 10 signings and and they’d probably cost more than £100m and nearly all of them are fckin shiyte.
Bruno probably still has at least 2 or 3 years of being better and more productive for us than whatever we’d waste the cash on.

I’d say we would have more success in the long run buying young unproven players for nominal fees, rather than letting the club splash out on ‘marquee’ signings that fail and have little to no resale value.
Chido, Heaven, Kone recently. Ibra, Cavani, Garnacho in previous years. All better imo than any of our big money signings, Bruno apart, and cost next to nothing.
We've heard from Ratcliffe that INEOS want to unearth 'the next Mbappé' rather than splash a lot of cash, and to some extent their recruitment to reflects that: Heaven, Obi; Yoro and Dorgu were bought with an expectation that they will be far more expensive in the future. But most of our scepticism about the club's ability to spend bigger sums wisely comes from the sins of the Woodward/Murtough operation. We can't say Berrada/Wilcox/Vivell have messed up a big money signing - yet!

Where was onana?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Onana, Maguire and Dalot went to a different commercial obligation in India. It was reported that there was a big of competition among the squad to get that gig, because it meant getting to go on holiday a bit earlier, and nice and close to Dubai where they like to take their vacations.
A touching gesture on Heaton's part to concede that tribute goal to Onana in the number 1's absence.

Dunno having been to a 7 star hotel in India, you can get all the privacy you want there too for the right price. The cities,… good luck
But wandering around the cities of India is great fun, it’s just chaos. Dubai is just plastic for me, just screams fake
I didn't know hotels went up to 7 stars!
I spent just three days in Delhi on a business trip so can't say much about India, but I loved the chaos and random ambling cows too. I've never felt completely comfortable in cities that are a bit too clean, too orderly, where things work a bit too perfectly.
