Other than Leny Yoro I'd take 100 mill for any of our players tbh.

Issue with that is none of them are worth anything near that

There's probably only a handful of players in the PL that clubs wouldn't sell if they received a £100m bid.

I didn't know hotels went up to 7 stars!

I spent just three days in Delhi on a business trip so can't say much about India, but I loved the chaos and random ambling cows too. I've never felt completely comfortable in cities that are a bit too clean, too orderly, where things work a bit too perfectly.

Delhi is absolute mayhem. Preferred Rajistan, but it’s a great place to people watch, and the roads…the traffic is next level chaos, things coming from every possible direction. Nothing in India should work, but sonehow it does…mostly.

Saka? Rice? Haaland? Palmer? Chris Wood?

Can't think of any more, really.

I stayed in a supposed 'six diamond' hotel with work once, and it was insane.

"What would sir like for breakfast?"

"Errrr, what are the options?"

"Whatever you'd like."

Confused the shiiiiit out of me the first day, tbh. I think I panicked and ordered some kind of omelette with random ingredients. (By the second day I'd gotten over it and went to town )

I can’t wait to see those in the media who berated his captaincy suddenly claim he was/is indispensable to the team.

Baz - I'd love to spend some proper time in India.

Rosso - I always fly economy class if I'm paying, but I've been flown Business Class a handful of times for work. The first time I did, I felt really uncomfortable going on the plane while everyone was in a long queue, and wanted everyone to shout out 'I don't belong in Business - I'm like all of you'. But human psychology is a funny thing. On the return trip my subconscious was looking at the sad faces in the economy queue and thinking: I'm better than you. Even though I couldn't personally afford the ticket.

Only ever managed premium economy, which was paid for by work, was great though, glasses of prosecco handed out constantly, was smashed by the time I got to the destination, imagine business class would be brilliant- especially if like me you really hate the whole flying experience.

Look Bruno is probably our best signing and player post SAF even if he is very frustrating at times.

That being said I don’t think he is a 100 million player at 30 years old. I just hope we can finally spend money wisely.

It’s basically the same as premium economy with a bit more space and champagne instead of prosecco.

It’s literally impossible to say no to people offering you unlimited free champagne. I think I tried once - like, properly made a concerted, focused effort - and yeah, it’s impossible. I don’t think I ever left a long haul business class flight remotely sober.

RR

Very familiar sounding experiences!

I’ve never flown anything other than economy when not travelling with work (where, funnily enough, I asked to in the past, and was told I couldn’t).

I’ve met the likes of CEOs and ministers of state with work, but never really felt more out of place than when sat in business class or fancy airport lounges.

About 58 years ago, myself and wife flew Manchester to Paris. We got upgraded to first, which was the only other choice then. I've no idea why, but I was wearing a suit which probably helped.
I felt like a king, I didn't have a meal because the flight is short and I was having dinner when I got there. I did have glass of seriously nice wine then.
On anl flight in Europe I'm happy so long as I'm inside the plane, but on a long flight it must be better, I've never done it though.

Haha you aren’t wrong there rosso, I had some girl my age sitting next to me too, and she wasn’t saying no to more bubbly, so it just kept on coming actually one of the most fun plane trips I’ve been on that didn’t involve some of my reprobate mates.

You notice that the hostess looks at you differently when you're in business class. You feel like James Bond. And then you go back to economy and she looks at you as though you smell.

The MUTV team seem well travelled...

“What are they called? The people from Hong Kong?”

“People from Hong Kong?”

“Because they’re not Hong Kong-ish are they?”

“Hong Kongian?”

MUTV right now 😭

True, especially one that’s got no value left considering the FFP and all that PSR shabang.
