Seems to be more talk about Eikitike in the last few days too, although he’s even more expensive than Gyokeres (albeit younger). More of a gamble though given his scoring record, hardly ‘proven’ for that money.

At least all the doubts about his ability to score at the highest level will die out in the media now that he's not United bound.

He'll be the sure-fire goal scoring machine that Arsenal need, rather than another expensive punt by United.

I'd prefer someone like Watkins. Not the youngest, but proven in the PL and a sound character.

Meh he's 30 or approaching 30 he'll be off to Saudi in 3 years anyways!

I carefully worded it as 'most' to avoid comments such as this from the world's biggest united fan

Sesko being a fair bit younger does seem more Arsenals kind of deal tbf if they’re spending big money on one of them.

Hope we get the Mbeumo deal done soon, would take a fair bit of pressure off the striker conundrum if we had the goals of him and Cunha already added to the side.

I had my price and wage structure and requirements and he wasn't happy. We move on.
