Don't know which of the Asian boards to put this on, so I've decided to put this on the England board:

6. Kumar Sangakkara - (Greatest ever batsman wicketkeeper from Asia)
7. Imran Khan (Greatest bowling allrounder ever)
8. Kapil Dev (Great swing bowler and very powerful batsman under pressure)
9. Wasim Akram (Best left-arm bowler and useful batsman)
10. Waqar Younis (Had a great inswinging yorker)
11. Muttiah Muralitharan (Best off-spin bowler ever)

De Silva (along with possibly Murali) was my favourite SL player of all -time, watching him dominate in the 1996 World Cup, was just a treat.

i remember him hitting a reverse pull for 6 in a county game.

De Silva was unlucky he played in the 90s where there were so many good bowling attacks around. If he had played today, I believe his average would be over 50, he was sublime.

captain that is why, on its day a team with sehwag or only afridi cd be destructive at best and can potentially score 500, and more times than not they will find themselves 40-7 or 60-10

I like this all Afridi team cos lets not forget he has a 1 in 10 ratio where he scores runs so atleast one of them will be entertaining.
