RVP it was pencilled in before administration with the proceeds going to a rangers charity, but the charity decided to give all the proceeds tae the club because Rangers have gave them plenty of money over the years and are in desperate need for cash.

Rangers done exactly what Celtic would have done in the same circumstances....in a situation where every penny counts.
Except that the quality on show would not have been as good!
Great goal Ally......you've still got it....keep the boots handy, might be needed next season!

Actually we will get the costs of policing and stewarding the match along with 50% of the profit the other 50% will be split between the Rangers and AC Milan charity foundations. So there is still £200k odd going to charity.

£250k was raised with £170k of it going to the Rangers and AC Milan Charity Foundations, The papers and celtic fans were so insistent on telling us that all of it went to helping Rangers when that was clearly bull.
