exactly daviecooper - so personally i find it strange that martin bain assumed documents were going to be shredded immediately after they had been received. Im speaking about the latest C4 report, which you might not have seen.

I stopped watching c4 when the red triangle thing stopped; that was a pure certaintly for getting VCRd as a teenager, might as well have put ....nudity in this movie! Channel 4 is mince now

Given that he wasn't going to be signing the documents, it makes sense that they would be shredded to avoid any dubiety.
