Questions.................................

with the lack of information and clarity on the whole admin fiasco i was looking for some info on a few questions;

If rangers are still in admin at the start of next season what are the sanctions currently in place for us?

If rangers liquidate and newco they need to apply to register a team and more than likely start in the 3rd division, yes? Are there any point penalties associated with this?

Could rangers newco get straight back into the SPL? i assume the memeber clubs would need to vote on this? Are there any sanctions in place should this happen?

Thanks in advance

to be honest Henry as a Celtic fan i would rather you were in the SPL as i pay a fortune for my season ticket and it is mostly for those games. But i can see the argument that if you go back into the SPL right away there has to be some sort of punishment.

How about as a punishment Lafferty does all your PR pieces in the newspapers

It's not often you get to say the word nincompoop.

I'm sure I read if Rangers are not out of administration by the day after the Scottish Cup Final then they start next season with -10 points.

F knows what will happen with a Newco. It does say in the SPL rules if a club is liquidated there will be no teams demoted from the league that year.

You can agree a CVA with your creditors that transfers the business out into a newco and then liquidate the old company.

It's fairly standard practice.

And why would a football club embark on that...knowing the penalties?

You would be as well not having the CVA

A CVA involving liquidation, are for companies that no longer want the business to go on as a going concern yet, agree terms with their creditors
