What Platini has to tell the officials

Two Semi final legs Chelsea v Barcelona. I do not know how these things work , but believe before the matches UEFA officials will most be likely issuing directives to the appointed officials. Mainly, I would imagine, mundane stuff about applying the rules and maintaining consistency.
In view of the enormous amount of media interest in the event, with several high profile personalties ,including our own former boss, Jose Mourinho,alluding to the perceived advantages that Barcelona hold in the face of rivals, and the fact that Platini and the organising body very much wish to see a Barcelona v Madrid final in the ECL.
So for this particular match ,faced by accusations on all sides of a "conspiracy" to ensure the desired results, what does Monsieur Platini or his sidekicks actually say to the refs , before the match?
Is it the "ignore these conspiracy statements in the press, just concentrate on your jobs" or...... ?
