After all the discussions recently around Rangers using the Leeds method to exit administration with their history intact, I can confirm Luton Town have also used this method.
Luton Town FC fell into administration in the late naughties.
The club was sold to the saftey of a NewCo before the old club being liquidated.
No CVA was agreed upon the exit from administration.
Luton Town have retained their history.

Even your owner has stated that the club would lose it's history if it goes into liquidation. It's the price you pay for clearing your debt.

Optimus, I dont care what he says.
He would be wrong.
If you want to prove me wrong, feel free to look into the Luton example and show me where the legal difference is.
