we are Manchester U-N-I-T-E-D!!!

Yes tonight's result was unexpected after the results we've been getting and also our excellent record against Wigan over the years in the PL. Wigan played extremely well tonight and they deserve all the credit for their performance. We were poor in large parts, maybe too complacent? or mentally and physically tired? Who knows? I have no complaints about the result. Anyways, well played Wigan, you guys deserved this victory, and i genuinely hope you guys survive the drop.

Now, that this dire performance is over, i just hope we can all remain positive and BELIEVE we can still win this title. I personally think we will still win it. Maybe it was wishful thinking that we'd win all our remaining games prior to tonight's result, but we must remember that Wigan are fighting for survival so they are bound to up their game, especially as they're at home. Plus they also gave Chelsea a tough game last week, a team who have been picking up results lately excluding the Fulham one. So on current form they are good.

I am still confident we will be champions for the 20th time. We will regroup, refocus and put in the perfomance needed for that title.

Come on guys, have some faith!!!!!

Not a fan of either team but was glad to see Wigan win just to keep the season interesting.

However, once qgain we see a team in the last 15-20 mins. playing not to lose rather than to win. Was this a management strategy or was the team simply out of gas? Was this a manager trying to save his job? Man. U. being the team they are could easily have won this game when faced with a team that seemed afraid to come our from its own penalty box!

Anyway, a great win and hopefully it takes away some of the pain caused by the recent loss at Chelsea.

We just couldn't get our rythm going tonight. We were poor on the ball, passes going astray, the service upto the forwards was poor and Wigan wanted it alot more than we did. Although the goal scored from the incorrect decision of a corner lowered our confidence more and egged Wigan on more.

As they say, unfair decisions usually even themselves out over the season. We got a unfair decision in our favour againt QPR, so there you go i guess.

We rebound from losses well, and I have no doubt there will be a fast reaction to today's result. I hope Cleverly starts the rest of our fixtures with the exception of City away. Paul can come off the bench and impact a match, I only want to see Ryan come off the bench if Nani tires, we need to get Nani and Cleverly back into the roles they had in September. Agreed?
