In or out for the summer? I think we need to have established a full time manager to shape the team and by his own players straight after the final ball is kicked of this season.
I'm wary of RDM being promoted full time. Yes he's stopped the rot and got us moving forward, but lets not get all romantic now and six months later find ourselves in Liverpool's situation with Dalglish. I'm not sure he could take it in the long run. But who else? Thoughts?
Di Matteo?

Agree with ifarka that the time to review it is at the end of the season. Half term report however, is that so far he hasn't put a foot wrong. Tactically he has played his cards faultlessly so far.

AVB handled the job badly, way too authoritative and not able to adapt well enough. RDM was definitely the change needed and am glad he got the chance, I wouldn't want AVB rebuilding though as apparently he was dead set on Hulk, for the money they want, not thanks, average at best!

avb was terrible. RDM has proven that he's not only a good manager but a chelsea supporter through and through

From the guy who admitted he stopped supporting Chelsea midway through this season

'thanks to di Matteo, I am a Chelsea fan again' was the title of your last article if I remember correctly

Why are you focusing on me? All discussion should be on di Matteo, and the amazing job that he's doing
