One question. When will the next one be?

He admits that he has an inside source. His various comments have been clearly either making it up or looking directly at the source material.
Look back to the very early blogs, when the "fame" had not started going to his head. He was being warned very fairly by all & sundry to stop, but he chose not to, even after admitting he had the papers / had sight of the papers.

It is not up to me to prove him guilty. That will be up to the court. And with prosecutions against bloggers etc on the increase, mainly due to the apparent previous ability of anyone to write anything about anyone without any fear of reprisals, I would think he is fairly certain to have his collar felt fairly soon.
Other sites will be well aware that by further challenging the clearly leaked official documents that RTC has either possession of, or has had sight of (how else has he come to his strangely accurate conclusions), and will know that involvement would lead to them being in court pretty quick too.
So again, either he is Mystic Meg, or he has possession or sight of confidential documents sub judice..

No you feckin idiot.
Read it again.
RTC has documents he should not have or has had sight of documents he should not have seen.
There is little other logical conclusion given some of the extremely specific parts of his blog.
These documents or proof of his having seen them or having ownership of them will be easily outed in court, should authorities decide to proceed.
If either side appeal after the BTC result, I would expect all bloggers who have published anything to be looked at, given that the publication of documents confidential currently sub judice is contempt of court and could be held to have affected the case one way or another.
Do you not see case after case recently of single comments on FB or Twitter ending up with people in court?
It happens more now than ever. One of the reasons I am still surprised that RTC is still going. But do note that he has toned down his rhetoric substantially since the early blogs.

"the question laid before a court will be whether or not what RTC has published has affected any sub-judice proceedings, or that he has PUBLISHED information that was sub-judice."
Correct.
And to do this, all his blogs would be examined, and questions as to how & where he got the information he published would be asked, and he would have to reveal where he got the information. He ain't a journo - he is a person who popped up & proclaimed himself to have insider knowledge as to the goings on in the BTC.
One thing is pretty obvious though. Either he has the ability to tell the future, in which case he should be lying on a beach somewhere after scooping 4 euromillions in a row.....
Or, he had sight or knowledge of the confidential papers within the BTC. He admits he had inside knowledge. That in itself is verging on chargeable. If he was involved, worked for one of the parties involved, or has seen and revealed privileged information, or even used said information in his blog, then he is on extremely shaky ground.
Why has no one gone for him yet - probably awaiting the outcome of the BTC.
One thing is for certain, after the decision of the BTC is published, the courts will be extremely busy, and not just with appeals against it, but with all the 2 years worth (approx) of misc. stuff said by some about some to some all over the net.
If it is the latter, then he is almost certainly chargeable with contempt of court.

Jeez - the evidence I am talking about is the fact that RTC seems to have had either 20/20 forward sight, or actual sight / ownership of sub judice documents.
That is where the evidence is.
Ask yourself, where did he get that info? Should have had it?
