This lad sure seems really fit now, there is no way he can pick up an injury again after posting a video like that for the whole world to see. I think all is left is for him to release a shiny brochure advertising what he is capable of and then teams will snap his hand off for his signature.

In his next video he actually kicks a ball and breaks his hip......in fairness I wish him luck as he's always struck me as a decent bloke and was outstanding for England at the 2006 World Cup.

It is quite sad but you have to feel sorry for him
Does he have a wife and kids?
If so good for him at least he is trying to secure income and more retirement money for when he finally does pack it in
