Alex, don't insult Shens family again. They grew up in extreme poverty were the Republican controlled government had them living in cardboard boxes for houses and the only time he seen a TV was on the bus through Shaftsbury Square.

That is Shen's great technique (a very Bill O'Reilly/Sean Hannity move) is to insult you and remove you from the conversation because it opposes his view.

Shen , i concede , you are right. Maybe I am being hypocritical by joining in , certainly not leading the show though. I will leave that sort of glory-hunting to the likes of yourself. I don't have the self-asteem nor the confidence for it as you so beautifully put it earlier.

So dear Shen , you have assumed wrong in claiming that I am "NOT" a prod. So dear Loyalist observer , was this just a little attempt to find out where i am from or live? If you knew your stuff , surely you would know which housing estate i was talking about , and you would then know that this estate is definitely not a Nationalist one.

Your right , i shouldn't have made the general sweeping statement regarding the other areas, as i evidently cant live in loads of different places at once.

However, I can only go by what i have seen with my own eyes , in papers/news , from family and work colleagues. At work i get to go to different schools, from both communities and the changes made to these through funding is unreal and for the better. I also play football every week in all parts of the country and most of these pitches are in housing estates (Loyalist & Nationalist). Over the last 15 years i can see the changes that have been made to these areas. And 95% of these places i would say have been upgraded and cleaned up.
