Well what a disgrace this 'boy' is, not a man. He played all season bar one game and he got us relegated. At least have the balls to get us back up to the premiership again! ive said many times before, hes the most selfish man at the club and today proves what a joke of a player and person is he. All the talk before a game, belittling his teammates, quoting,' i hope some of them are men' well that made him sound good didnt it? he's fooled a lot of you by being voted the club's best newcomer, id have had him as the worst. Jump ship because you think your a premiership player, try playing a decent game against Macclesfield first, which you failed to do on three occasions!
Im sure some of you have read my article of him over the weekend and maybe at the start of the season when i concerned my dislike for a player who doesnt do much at all. If your a proper football person you will know he should of played Defensive Midfield for us since Fabrice wasnt able to play, but he went forward up the pitch to pass sideways and slow or even stop tempo, but read my previous article on this because ive explained it before.
I truly hated him from the first moment i saw him play for us til the present day. He's the club highest paid player and walked around like a big time southern charlie trying to boss the midfield without doing much at all, Vela will be 10 times better than him, mark my words. So im glad he'll be going and as bellamy once said of keiron dyer..'he like reo coker, except he can play'

I rate him personally, and he clearly did care I think. But at the same time can you blame him for wanting out? I doubt he signed up for relegation last year and having only been here one season does he really owe us any loyalty? If he stays then great, he is a leader and a consistent performer on the pitch. If he leaves, it's a lot off the wage bill and good luck to him.

I'm fairly sure he had a clause allowing him to leave if we got relegated. After only a year here I don't see how he needs to show loyalty to us.
I rated him less and less as the season went on, but as you said he was playing the in wrong role.
Madnotlobian - if you are reading this then keep your hat on - he's not that bad.

You have very generalised opinions of people on here, and spout these on every single thread you appear on.
For example, thinking that some Coyle supporters think that Coyle can do no wrong. This is completely untrue, I and even I, the person you say is 'inflexible' has criticised Coyle, even on this thread .....

If you allow a clause like that, you have to deal with it when and if it's used..
And I'm sure the saving in wages will benefit us more than his contribution.. Players like Pratley and Mark Davies will hopefully REALLY shine in the Championship...?!

Disagree with this article.....a professional footballer wants to play in the best league and make the most money he can get. I would argue that anybody without that ambition is probably useless. Who exactly wants to play an away game at Barnsley on a Tuesday night?
Having said that I think NRC has been asked to run the midfield which he can't do. He is a good defensive ball winner type.
If any of our boys get offers from the Prem they will be long gone ....and good luck to them...it's business.
