he's Tiote without the 17 bookings a match. And he knows how to play football.

And he herds cattle and has mad skill.

Don't make me get into a tiote V Lucas war. I appreciate both as very good footballers. (Tiote can play football.)

Lucas is awesome, an absolutely brilliant holding midfielder who I wouldn't swap for any other of his type in the league.

It speaks volumes for him that Adam's good early season form seemed to be almost entirely based on Lucas' presence alongside him; Charlie's form collapsed when Lucas got injured. I really hope he has no lasting effects from his injury, it would be heartbreaking to see someone who's worked so hard lose even an ounce of their ability or mobility because of an injury.

If I recall correctly, he tried to play on in that game despite sustaining a knee ligament injury, just like Alonso when Fat Frank broke his ankle.

Lucas

Xabi

Redconn (for cheering me up by reminding me that Lucas plays for us).
