Just heard that the fight is at 12 midnight, due to arrangements for the viewers in Canada.
Would like to see some of the British Fighters fights in America moved so it suits us for a change!
Scheduling of Froch-Bute

Incredible win from Froch.
He was simply devastating.
Bute caught Frach with some good punches early.
However Froch just upped the gears & tempo & simply gave Bute the mother of all whuppings!
Bute i doubt will ever step into a ring ever again!
Keep it up Froch. He now has earned his right as a british Boxing Legend in the Super-Middleweights!

The only issue is that it seems both Kessler and Ward are moving up to light heavy. I would love to see Froch do same but target Cleverley. It will be a good Hearn (sky)V Warren battle (boxnation ).
---------------
Then he unites the division.
Who else would even come close to stopping him if he is at his best?

Don't see the point as he is already a 3 time champion in this division and if he wants a legacy then being a 2 weight champion is a lot better and its something Calzaghe and Collins achieved.

Froch said: "Mikkel Kessler [who outpointed Froch in 2010], that's a fight I want to avenge. Me and Kessler could really go at it and give the fans what they want.
"He phoned me on Sunday to congratulate me, I mentioned fighting him and he said 'yes'. He knows it's a big fight, it's going to be financially beneficial and if he won it would put him right up there with the all-time greats.
"Although my mum will be devastated. She keeps saying to me: 'Don't fight Mikkel, he's too much of a nice man, I like him'."

Ok don't get me wrong great performance from Froch but come guys bute was a pudding. I have never seen a fighter so happy just to fall back and sit on the ropes and let their opponent use them as a punch bag. Bute had the worst defence ever and made it easy, Froch didn't have to box at all to land them shots

err, did you actually read peoples responses on this thread?
Practically everyone has said that we knew he was not in Frochs league.
What this does though is it gets Froch a world title and it gets him back in the game.

This is how i see it going
Froch will fight Kessler, Froch will win.
Froch will then get a rematch with Ward and unfortunately he will lose and then retire. Of course i want Froch to win both but i just can't see how he can beat Ward. He is just like another Mayweather, one step ahead and one class above everyone else, Froch is still a legend though win or lose

Kessler has moved up to Light-Heavy-weight division & recently fought Allan Green in which Kessler won by KO in the 4th round!
I can only see a (future) fight(s) with Steiglitz &/or Ward for Froch next!

I was just thinking it is a shame Ward didn't come around earlier, imagine Calzaghe vs Ward, what a fight that would of been

Calzaghe wouldnt have fought Ward.
Calzaghe was always happier sitting at home rather than going out to face the best in the world.
Honestly, if he was around today I doubt he would have even taken part in the Super 6
