Can't see Nadal dropping a set

I think it's pretty obvious that Nadal will win RG again and from what I have seen so far, the players and the court speed, I will be very surprised if he loses a set.

The surface is a lot slower then the last 2 years have been and they seem tailor made for Nadal. He is an absolute monster on this surface with his heavy heaving hitting and zero unforced errors.

Obviously the only player that may mount a challenge is Djokovic and if there is anyone that may nick a set from Rafa it will be him. I know he has beaten rafa on the last 3 grand slam finals but Roland Garros and clay is a different ball game completely.

I know Roger is playing well but Im pretty bored of his matches with Rafa, especially on clay. The one sided nature of the matches are all to predictable and it will end up being a very straight forward 3 sets win for Rafa!

Nadal looks good but so does Djokovic. I expect a close final and certainly not a 3-set win for Nadal. I very much hope Djokovic wins.

Agreed - straight sets all the way for Rafa. He may drop a set in the final.

Rreally time RG looked at this...its getting far to predictable this Tourney and a closed shop. A slug fest that rewards fitness and defensive play - we all know who wins on this surface.

SPEED THE COURTS AND BALLS UP PLEASE

Rafa has always been 'relentless' but he lost quite a few to Djokovic lately, didn't he? Still, I make him a slight favourite if he is to meet Djokovic in the final, considering that this is very much his backyard,

Having said that, Murray could have something to say about that, as could Fed against Djokovic. It's shaping up nicely that's for sure.

Definitely blade. It's now the tournament really begins to start, as we lose fairly good, or very good players after each match.

I was really impressed with Tipsy today, and this is not his favourite court by any means. Will be keeping an eye out for him for the rest of this season for sure.

Tipso is a really good player, I agree. He discovered how to win a tournament last year and since then he looks a different player alltogether. It is incredible what confidence (or the lack of it) can do to a player.... Having said that, I believe he has reached his highest ranking and I struggle to see him getting higher than 8th. Still, an accomplished player by all means.

mmm posibly mychest.

Bottom line is that all 4 have become a little too similar rewarding the same type of play. A little bit of serve and volley wouldn't go amiss.

Last year was the best FO I have watched. A bit more pace and fizz made all the difference. Nadal had to fight to win and that is how it should be.

Fed has no chance here - Murray will find it very difficult.

Rafa has reasserted himslef over Djoko and I expect him to beat him again here in Paris. JMD-P may be the once to cause an upset if he can somehow recapture his USO form of a few years ago. Its time the tall man stepped up again.

Let's see what happens. Nadal has played quite well so far, but Djokovic has also not dropped a set.

As for JMDP, I don't see him beating Berdych today.

Djokovic is dropping plenty of sets today
