Is there something we don't know?

Wenger works with our squad day-in day-out, surely then you would think if something was wrong he'd be the man to spot it..?

I believe it is right for a manager to take charge, but it is right to dictate his philosophy towards the way the club is run in such a stubborn way? After all, we surely deserve some valid input as fans (in a persuasive sense) seeing as we contribute largely to funds and the club itself through ticket sales and filling the stadium and getting behind our team!

On here we all have players in mind when it comes to the transfer window in terms of bringing in world class players and getting rid of deadwood. So why can't Wenger also see the weaknesses in our team and how to improve these weaknesses with the money we as a club have.
