Well, I hoped to mix our Euros Predictor with some Brewers chat. We are to expect some signings next week which will undoubtedly produce some comment.
However, not being a betting man, I was interested in something I read that said that we were relegation favourites. I looked at Coral and Ladbrokes and saw that we are indeed their favourites for the drop.
I think I saw that we were 80/1 and 50/1 for promotion with each. I might be up for a few quid on that.
Form wise I can understand the predictions there. However, a new squad, new Manager and new backroom staff. We'll be fine.
Interesting to see Damien Johnson signing for Fleetwood. Offered a new contract by Championship newbies Huddersfield (championship wages) and he goes to Fleetwood. How much are they paying? Then again, I suppose we did the same with Darren Moore.

There is a lot of wheeler dealing to do yet Otep and i think Gaz will assemble a team that wont give much away. With that in my thoughts i dont think we will go down.If the odds you are quoting for promotion are correct then have a soft fiver on us because we definately wont go down.Oh and by the way dont mention that blood sucker Moore i still have nightmares about him.

Yes, I can do. I will do that in a minute.
The odds quoted are for promotion and only Barnet have longer odds. We are level with Morecambe on one and Morecambe and Accrington on the other I think - making us relegation favourites.

Im pleased we are favorites to be honest because it takes the heat off Gaz as he starts his first season as a manager.Ive got a good feeling about the coming season with what has already happened with the recruitment of the coaching staff,we were badly lacking in that department. The two players already brought in seem to have a good pedigree and i am glad Gaz isnt rushing into signing has beens or crocks.Lets stay possitive and keep an eye on transfer gossip it makes us all feel better after the terrible season we had.

Its a bit of a joke really, how can you make a forecast when clubs haven't finished signing players and you have no idea of there squads ?
Got to agree with your appraisal Emnez.
