still humour in the game

just found this talking of jokes...

Two boys are playing kick-to-kick in Barrow Park
when one is attacked by a vicious Rottweiler. Thinking quickly, the
other boy grabbed a branch and managed to wedge it down the dog's collar and
twist, luckily breaking the dog's neck and stopping its attack.

A reporter who was strolling by sees the incident, and rushes over to
interview the boy.

'Young Raiders Fan Saves Friend From Vicious Animal,' he starts
writing in his notebook.

'But I'm not a Raiders fan,' the little hero replied. '

Sorry, since we are in Barrow Park, I just assumed you were,'
said the reporter and starts again.

'Young Barrow Island Fan Rescues Friend from Horrific Attack, ...' he
continued writing in his notebook.

'I'm not a Barrow Island fan either!', the boy said.

'I assumed everyone in Barrow was either a Raiders
or Barrow Island fan.'

'So what team DO you support?' the reporter asked.

'I'm a Barrow AFC fan!', the child beamed.
The reporter starts a new sheet in his notebook and writes,

'Little Pr*ck from Barrow Kills Beloved Family Pet.'

Oldie but a goodie Barra.......

As for the singing at games.......I wish our lot over here could/would pick up on it, especially the 40-odd thousand the Brisbane Broncos get at home games....it would sound fantastic.
Then again it would mean asking a Queenslander to remember more then two words at once............that's why they call there bloody beer XXXX because they have trouble with common English......LOL
