It feels strange looking at the fixtures.Gone are the days where you look at the fixtures and think we'll get a big win there etc
It looks quite daunting but at the same time very exciting. Just hope we do ourselves proud and don't end up as cannon fodder for the "big boys."
Can't wait now.

I felt the same Hydy, but then I thought last season , Rochdale, Bury, Hartelpool, Carlisle, Colchester, Oldham etc..all games we struggle in as they raise their games against us. We thought of 'tricky games' against Bournemouth, MKDons...Tranmere away, Scunny ffs !! and Stevenage...
So now we are the team other clubs will be thinking, hmmm tricky game against Huddersfield Town .
In reality, I don't think there is a lot of difference between most clubs in this league..it does look a bit intimidating at first, but we can beat enough of them not to worry.
We might get the odd pasting, but as there will be less 'clogging', I think we'll find more space, more time on the ball and we'll certainly have more 'proper' football matches to enjoy...and less of the frenzied 'up and at 'em' we saw from the likes of Rochdale and Walsall for example.

Cracking fixture lists, I'll miss the first game of the season so delighted it's Cardiff away as I've been there and it's a long trek. Some brilliant Tuesday night fixtures to look forward to as well as a nice, easy Christmas period with no long journey to Carlisle for a change!

they will wait for about 3 weeks before totally ars-ing up my plans..
almost guaranteed to change the dates/times of the le-ds and wendies matches.. and at least one saturday game will end up a friday night ball-acher along with a sunday dinner time kick off.
still looking at the fixtures this year is much better than last, peterborough aside(sh-t ground-no fans)...

going to miss Carlisle, like I miss having toothache
Suprised we have Leicester away on NY Day tho', with the host of clubs nearer how come we have a trip down the M1 and not Hillsbro' or Burnley, or even Hull ?
