Yesit is moderated and because I do not like your name I am going to complain about you.

It's moderated by the RFU apparently.

You can smack someone in the face and they'll laugh it off as high spirits, young man (unless you do it on the football board where you will be branded a mindless thug and banned).

You can also shout and swear at RFU officials if you coach in the midlands. You cannot do this, however, if you are South African, which is in itself a cause for moderation.
